
INGREDIENTS

3/4 oat flour

1/2 tbsp tapioca flour

1/2 c peanut butter

1 egg, room temperature

3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp granulated stevia

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 c Peanut Butter Cup GBUTTER

2 tbsp chocolate chip
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 325F and prepare a small iron skillet with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. Add in egg, maple syrup, peanut butter and melted coconut oil and continue mixing until a dough forms.

Separate dough into 2 evenly sized balls.

Press one of the balls of dough into the bottom of the prepared skillet.

Top with Peanut Butter Cup G Butter and the press remaining dough over it. Top with chocolate chips.
