INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 oat flour

  • 1/2 tbsp tapioca flour

  • 1/2 c peanut butter

  • 1 egg, room temperature

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp granulated stevia

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 c Peanut Butter Cup GBUTTER

  • 2 tbsp chocolate chip

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325F and prepare a small iron skillet with non-stick spray. 

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. Add in egg, maple syrup, peanut butter and melted coconut oil and continue mixing until a dough forms. 

  3. Separate dough into 2 evenly sized balls. 

  4. Press one of the balls of dough into the bottom of the prepared skillet.

  5.  Top with Peanut Butter Cup G Butter and the press remaining dough over it. Top with chocolate chips.
