INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 c oat flour

  • 32g vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4 c Birthday Cake G Butter

  • 1/2 c + 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 2 tbsp sprinkles

  • Toppings: G Butter, Sprinkles, Cherries

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, stir together all dry ingredients. Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.

  2. Cook pancakes in a non-stick span on medium heat 1/4 cup of batter at a time until golden brown.

  3. Flip and cook the other side. 

  4. Finish with toppings and serve.
